A practical review for you
A wonderful stay with a fabulous host! Our sea-facing room was spacious and comfortable, offering a warm welcome and luxurious amenities. The breakfast choices were fine-each dish beautifully presented. Just a short stroll from the beach, the location is perfect. I can't wait to return for another good experience!

Luxurious opulent room with expansive sea view balcony. Extensive breakfast options, including English breakfasts and eggs benedict, made mornings nice.
Shower water pressure on the low side caused minor inconvenience. Smaller bathroom sink hard to access due to space limitations. Some might find the location a bit distant from central attractions.

seaside gem in Eastbourne 🌊☀️
Gaynor. The brekkie was unreal-honestly the best we've had, with so many options to choose from! Our room, all done up with a sea view and even a cozy sofa.
Only thing was that the shower could've had a bit more oomph in the pressure department, but nothing major!
